Based on our own experience of recently building 4 summer houses for ourselves on the Oslo Fjord in Norway, we present a series of buildings based on the same construction principle.
The buildings are built entirely of wood with a glulam laminated wood primary frame construction.
Trefunkis is a Norwegian word for “modern” wooden buildings from the 1930´s. The inspiration for trefunkis was 1920´s European modernism. Simple buildings with large windows and flat roofs.
A 90m2 summer house for outside living, suitable for the northern summer climate.
A 110m2 winter house suitable for the northern mountain climate.
